Jean Carland, LCSW
Jean Carland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Jean is passionate about creating a caring and nurturing environment where emotions can be explored and meaningful healing can be pursued. Jean has over 25 years experience helping children, teens, and adults dealing with the complexities of adoption, parenting, grief, anxiety, depression, spiritual numbness, and relational issues. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy as she supports clients navigating life’s social, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Utilizing evidenced-based strategies to empower clients to grow and thrive, she helps clients reclaim their resilience and find hope. Jean believes it is a great privilege to be invited into another person’s world and values helping clients find purpose, healing, and wholeness. When not in sessions, Jean enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, and reading.
