Christian Cave
Christian is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working at Holy Trinity Lutheran School as well as seeing clients virtually. She believes that counseling is a collaborative space where individuals can feel understood, build self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. With a down-to-earth and empathetic approach, she strives to meet each client where they are and create a trusting environment for growth.
Christian is particularly interested in helping clients navigate stress, life transitions, identity development, and questions surrounding meaning and purpose. Having worked with children and adolescents in various roles for over 10 years, she is passionate about supporting young people as they navigate the challenges of growing up, develop a stronger sense of self, and discover their own strengths.
Outside of counseling, Christian enjoys spending time with her dog, Aspen, traveling, drinking lots of coffee, and being outdoors.
