Guilherme Vieira
Gui Vieira earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Southwestern Theological Seminary and his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Gui is a Mental Health Intern who practices various theories but primarily pulls from Attachment Theory and story work in Family of Origin. His integrated approach is to serve the clients best and aims to help them explore their life stories. He believes that our influences and identities from growing up within our family system have been interwoven into our adult life today; and that this can lead to a place where our emotional need was missed or a situation was handled poorly at home, church, or work. This leaves a lasting mark that influences our sense of our own lives.
Gui speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish and has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. He has a heart for those affected by Spiritual Abuse within the church and for helping families to become one again.
